FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We know this topic comes with questions. Here are honest answers about privacy, inclusivity, content, and how it all works.
PRIVACY & SAFETY

CONTENT & APPROACH
No. Hexy Fit uses tasteful, body-positive language and movement-based imagery. We discuss sexual wellbeing openly but without graphic content. Think of it as a fitness program that happens to be about intimacy.
Sessions run 10 to 35 minutes depending on the module. The program is designed for 3 to 5 sessions per week. Each session follows a natural arc: arrive, open, build, connect, recover.
The program uses a three-phase coaching journey: Foundation (assessment, lifestyle review, breathing and mobility), Build (strength training, cardiovascular fitness, pelvic floor, recovery), and Optimise (nutrition, lifestyle habits, weekly programming, long-term habit formation). Within this, nine modules contain twenty-seven exercises with clear instructions, dose guidelines, adaptations, and progressions.
The HPI is a weekly self-rated wellbeing score across ten domains: Energy, Sleep, Recovery, Strength, Cardio, Mobility, Stress, Nutrition, Confidence, and Lifestyle. Each domain is rated 1–10 for a total score out of 100. It takes about five minutes per week and helps you notice patterns and celebrate progress. Optional intimacy-related modules are available for users who wish to track those areas.
A sample week includes 2 strength sessions, 2–3 Zone 2 cardio sessions, daily mobility, and active recovery. The framework is flexible — it accommodates different lifestyles, ages, and fitness levels. Consistency matters more than perfection.
Both. Many exercises are designed for solo practice — building your own body awareness, confidence, and comfort. Module 8 (Partner Connection) is designed for shared practice, but it's optional and only included in pathways where it's relevant.
No. Hexy Fit is a movement and wellbeing program, not medical treatment. We do not diagnose or treat conditions. If you have medical concerns, we encourage you to consult a healthcare provider. Our content complements professional care.
Hexy Fit is a practical movement and awareness program. It is not psychotherapy, sex therapy, or counselling. It can complement therapeutic work, but it is not a substitute for professional mental health support.
